If you have registered & paid for a booking on Trainersvault, and you are unable to attend or simply changed your mind, you may cancel your registration for a refund up to 24 hours before the start time of the Bootcamp or Private Session. Past that date, bookings are non-refundable. The Service Fee paid is not refundable.

If the trainer is a "no show", meaning that they do not arrive at the location, date & time specified by the booking, you can contact the Trainer and request a transfer of your booking to a future date. If you wish, you can Contact Us for a refund.
If trainers cancel an event, clients will automatically be given a full refund and might be required to cover any applicable user fees.
If a event is unable to proceed due to weather conditions such as heavy rain, lighting or during heat warnings then the boot camp will be cancelled with clients receiving a refund. In most cases the trainer organizes another event in future for the users to book although this is not always the case. If the trainer has not refunded you (as a client) within a reasonable amount of time please contact us by emailing us on our Contact Us Page.
