How to set up and list your bootcamp / event on TrainersVault


This tutorial will walk you through the process of setting up your event or Bootcamp for your Trainersvault page so clients can see your schedule similarly to the example shown below.

NOTE: You must have a trainer account on Visit "How to Register as a Trainer" for a step-by-step guide to sign up as a trainer.


  1. On the TrainersVault homepage click your user name in the top right corner and in the drop down menu and select “Bootcamps".
  2. After selecting “Bootcamps” you will be brought to your Bootcamps screen. From here you can see all your future and past Bootcamps by clicking on their title. To create a Bootcamp click on the green button labelled “New Bootcamp”

  3. Proceed to fill in all fields as thoroughly as possible, keeping in mind that your description is the first selling point of your Bootcamp so put effort in to it. Clearly articulate what participants will be doing, what fitness level is needed to participate, if clients should bring mats/water/ sweat towels, and parking information. We recommend including a personal statement such as your unique tagline or an inspirational message to get potential customers enthusiastic about working out with you!

  4. 4. Upload a “Cover photo” by clicking on the “Choose File” button and selecting a photo from your computer –really wide photos are the best. If possible have image dimensions be 1300 pixels wide and 400 pixels high.

  5. Now you have the option to have the session repeat, on a daily, weekly, monthly or custom schedule. If you have training groups every morning select “Daily”, if you run Bootcamps every Saturday select “Weekly”. However if you run group sessions multiple times a week select “Custom schedule…”.

    NOTE: In this example below I have the group session running every week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. If I wanted to have this schedule every other week in the “Every [] week(s) on:” box I would put the number 2 to say that every two weeks this event should run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

  6. 6. After selecting your re-occurrence setting you can select an end date. We suggest scheduling up to 4-6 weeks at a time until you have an absolutely certain and consistent agenda.

  7. 7. In this example I choose to stop adding the Bootcamp to my schedule on 2014-07-30. When you are finished and have double checked your information click the yellow "Create group session" button (this will not publish to your calendar yet). Clicking "Create group session" will bring you to the "Draft Event Page" as shown below:

  8. Your event is a "Draft only" and is not live on your calendar, this is great if you like to be proactive with scheduling your events. This means the moment you are ready to announce, a simple click of the "Publish" button will make it live. The screen below shows how you may review your event details and description. If you need to adjust any date/time or descriptions simply click the edit button next to that session and alter as you wish. 

  9. When you are satisfied with your event click on the “Publish” button. Your event page will refresh with a “Event published” box at the top notifying you that your event is live on your TrainersVault calendar and ready for clients to start booking.
