How do I pay if I'm not from America / How to change my country / How to enter my postal code

As we have been growing faster than expected and really wanted to enable those outside the USA to participate in events we have enabled a temporary solution that will allow you made bookings with many non american based credit card.

  • Simply enter in your postal code exactly as it appears on your card where the website asks for your ZIP code.

  • After ensuring that all the other information matches your card exactly and your credit card can be charged in USD you will be able to complete your booking. All charges will be charged on your card to your card in USD.

    Hi, I am from the UK and trying to add my credit card to my account and it will not accept the card. I have tried with the Zip code as is on the bill and no joy.

    Linda, shoot me an email at support@trainersvault.com with your order # and I can help you.

    We have many non us customers (including my self), simply remove your card from your account and re add it this time entering your postal code in the following format "N1G 1G2" and it will go through.

    Hi, I just sent an email with my problem ID number 13726 but i am not sure if you have received? I live overseas and am trying to book a training session but during the process there was an error and trainersvault gave me this id number to contact you. I believe it will have to do with my zip code or not filling in that section during process. Please advise.

    I also tried to enter my postal code as is connected to my acct but i still received this message:
    There was an error processing your payment. Please contact support@trainersvault.com, stating your order id: 13726

    Hi Julian,

    I have checked my email but haven't received a email from you? I tried to purchase the training session again this morning, with my postal code in the zip code box, but it still won't process.
