Payment Proccessor / Order Error or " Error processing payment "

Here are some instructions on how to resolve some errors that might have occurred due to incorrect information information being entered or when upgrading your account to our new secure payment processor which may been shown in the following error:

You don't have the permission to access the requested resource. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.
Your request id is OHM780b779412f911e5a8c502a1fe52a36c.

We have started to migrate members of the community to our new secure payment processor Stripe Payments. This will allow everyone to complete transactions faster and more efficiently utilizing the industries highest security protocols. To take advantage of these benefits and to continue booking your favourite trainers simply follow these four steps:

1. Log into your TrainersVault account and navigate to your account settings here -> https://trainersvault.com/account/payments (remove any credit cards on your account)

2. Then add your desired credit card on the following page: https://trainersvault.com/account/credit_cards/new

3. From there simply select your booking number your would like to complete from the following page: https://trainersvault.com/account/payments

4. On your order screen select "Change payment method", from here select your newly added credit card and complete booking.


That's it you are now taking advantage of the new secure payment processor.

You should now be able to complete your order.

 

If these steps do not work then please mail us through our support system and here letting our team know you have tried theses steps and we will be able to assist you.
